These is my Words

Has anyone read this book?? My book club read it a couple of months ago but I never got around to it. So I just read it and LOVED it! By far the best book I've read since we started the book club. In fact, it's probably my favorite book. I NEED TO DISCUSS... It was sad but it left me appreciating my life and family so much more. I like books that uplift and this ladies character was awesome. She was strong, motherly, tough, smart, courageous, humble. I just loved her! I couldn't put the book down. There was constantly something happening. It was set back in the 1800's but I could still totally relate. If you need a good read... this is the one.

I love this book!! It is also one of my favorites! I really want it to be made into a movie. It's one you could read over and over. If you think you have it hard, read this. I also loved reading it while I was in Arizona. I knew exactly what she talks about when she refers to Arizona as the "Devil's Frying Pan." I couldn't put it down. There is a sequel called "Sarah's Quilt".

I have read this book and it's really good. If you liked this, you may also like "Having Our Say", by the Delany sisters.
