the team chose the name blue nightmares. it was a cold season. i think we are going to try fall this year and see if it is warmer. it is so much more enjoyable when you aren't freezing! i don't think the team won a game but they improved a lot and that is what it is about, right?! her coach had a lot of patience and held practice weekly- rain, wind or shine. avaree has become a good little player. she is fast and aggressive when she wants to be. goalie is her favorite position. the only game i missed (because i was at baylee's softball banquet) she scored 4 goals!! her only 4 goals might i add! i'm still bummed i missed it! weston can't wait until he can start. i am not sure if i want to commit to being a competitive soccer mom though?? it's intense. i guess i'll wait and see if it's something they really want to do but for now we are having fun!
