What do you all think about Mitt Romney for President?? I am loving listening to all the debates about Mormonism. It is so interesting to hear what people actually think about Mormons and how uneducated they really are about the Mormon religion. So far, I am way impressed with Mitt! I think he will be great and what a great way for the whole nation to learn about Mormons. Did you really ever think we could have a Mormon President??

I think it would be great! I don't know that it will happen because so many people turn their heads as soon as they know his religion, without even listening to his stand on the issues.
It is very interesting. My hus is way into politics and tells me all his philosophies on the presidential race, etc. I think it would be great, it would also be hard for him I think because politicians usually bend their stance on issues to get what they want. So hopefully he can stay true to what he believes and if he doesn't win, give some positive press to the LDS church.
I would love a mormon prez... he seems so great! Time will tell!
It is quite amazing how uneducated people are about Mormonism, and how quick they are to judge, and say whatever they THINK they know about the religion. A boy who has made fun of me for being Mormon for a few years now, just the other day said "I didn't know Mormons believed in Jesus..." after I was talking about the play Savior of the World. I hope at the very least Mitt Romney will educate the public on the religion!
